Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 per person is required at the time of the booking
Balances are due 60 days prior departure and are non-refundable
Bookings within 60 days of departure must be paid in full and are non-refundable
Special Packages must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable
Any changes requested by the client after booking are subject to extra fees, service charges, and availability. These costs will be clarified in advance of any changes

Refunds

Refunds will be made for any portion of services not used
Airline tickets are valid only for the dates and routing shown, and are not refundable
Should the Airline change the dates or delay departures for any reason, Europa Tours Inc. will do our best to inform clients immediately of their options offered by the Airline as far as new dates/times or alternatives

Prices and Taxes

All prices quoted in Canadian Dollars
Bookings made with a deposit are not price protected for the balance, and may increase without notice
Bookings paid in full are price protected, but taxes and other fees may increase
Prices do not include applicable taxes or other surcharges unless specifically indicated
Taxes, fees, and surcharges are subject to change without notice at any time

Payment

Credit card payment is accepted in person or over the telephone
In authorizing credit card payment over the telephone, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions regarding the travel package quoted
NSF cheques are subject to a $50 handling fee

Travel Insurance

Europa Tours Inc. is an authorized agent for 21^st Century Travel Insurance Limited
This optional Travel Insurance must be accepted or declined at time of booking
21^st Century Travel Insurance will charge clients directly while your policy is validated by us
Europa Tours Inc. is not responsible for any policy coverage inclusions or exclusions which are at the discretion of 21^st Century Travel Insurance Limited

Personal Travel Documents

Clients are solely responsible for all mandatory travel documents as per their itinerary
This includes but is not limited to valid passports, driving licenses, visas, etc
Any advice provided by Europa Tours Inc. on this matter is strictly non-official
Clients are responsible for confirming all legal obligations with each country

Airline Carriers

Airlines recommend you call them on the same day to confirm any changes to departure times
Airlines recommend check-in 3 hours prior departure for international flights
Baggage must comply with carrier restrictions, and security
Please read carefully all documentation with tickets

Disclaimer

Europa Tours Inc. is not liable in any way due to an act or negligence of any of our service providers such as airlines, car rentals, busses, hotels or any other similar service providers not mentioned

Privacy Policy

All personal client information is collected with the utmost security and is not sold or shared
The exception is with our partner service providers for the sole purpose of issuing official travel documents such as airline tickets, and vouchers
This information is typically limited to names and sometimes phone numbers
